I recently posted an arti­cle on Google’s new beta ser­vice called Knol. It’s actu­ally a fairly good web­site and looks promis­ing, assum­ing that users main­tain a higher level of qual­ity and rat­ings regard­ing sub­jects. I try to describe my line of work to the gen­eral com­mu­nity, called archi­tec­tural ren­der­ings. What­ever extra traf­fic and busi­ness “atten­tion” I receive for Lunarstu­dio is of course, highly wel­come espe­cially in this cur­rent econ­omy, but I think my post actu­ally con­tains a mes­sage that many read­ers could poten­tially use.

Over the years, I’ve had par­ents, schools, and indus­try pro­fes­sion­als call me with some of these impor­tant ques­tions. Much of the time, I find that the major­ity of peo­ple are some­what obliv­i­ous to the amount of work that is involved in our line of field. Since there doesn’t seem to be any spe­cific resource that con­tains all of this infor­ma­tion in one place, I decided to write my own arti­cle.
